New series of battery driven oil extractors and oil dispensers- Solutions for handling the new types of oil
FLACO presented new mobile devices for engine oil change, which were developed in close contact with car manufacturers and workshops.
Especially the latest oils like 0W-20 require new equipment in the workshop. These oils are still low in use, but large workshops have already realized that the use of dedicated oil dispensers offers advantages over the use of small containers or oil cans.
Suction of old oil
The new generation of devices works very efficiently and thus enables battery-operated use for the first time.
For the engine oil change, a car does not necessarily have to occupy a lift. With mobile FLACOlube oil suction devices, the old oil can be extracted from the engine at every workplace in the workshop. The powerful pump and the suction probes with a large diameter significantly shorten the suction process compared to the use of conventional ejector pumps and probes.
Refill fresh oil
For the clean engine filling with low-viscosity oils, FLACO introduces the battery-driven FLACOlube oil filling device with an optional, manufacturer-specific filling adapter.
Through its bayonet closure, the adapter can be turned on the oil filler neck. The engine oil is automatically filled by preselection of quantity or manually monitored at the touch of a button. The integrated full-hose valve closes automatically and ensures drip-free handling. Depending on the version, devices are available for equipping with 60 or 200 liter original containers. Optionally, a 100 liter tank for loose filling can be used.
